Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all financial transactions between you—the customer—and ATN Solutions Sàrl, the publisher of the website www.massage-vip.ch —the operator of the online store and the contracting party.

Order and Contract Formation

The gift certificate offers provided by Massage VIP are binding. The order confirmation email you receive after placing your order serves as written confirmation of your order.

Shipping, Delivery Times, and Fees

You can place orders 24 hours a day on our website. We strive to process every order within 48 business hours. Shipments within Switzerland are sent via A Mail, at a cost of CHF 5.00 per order.

If you need your gift certificate urgently, please pick it up directly at the front desk of any of our Massage VIP locations in Geneva. If you have not received your order within 3 business days of confirmation, please let us know by email at (address to be completed).

Validity of gift certificates

Gift certificates for specific services and gift certificates with a face value are governed by Article 128 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (statutory limitation period of 5 years). Gift certificates for specific services entitle the holder to the treatment specified, which is guaranteed for the duration of the offer and for at least 1 year from the date of issuance.

If the service in question is no longer available or its price has changed, a credit of equal value will be issued for a similar service. No exchanges or refunds will be made.

Payment Methods

Payment for online orders is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Postcard). Secure payment processing is provided by Stripe. Gift certificates remain the property of Massage VIP until the order has been paid in full.

Data Protection

We collect only the data necessary to process your order. All personal information is treated with the strictest confidentiality and is never shared with third parties outside of ATN Solutions Sàrl. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
